A searchable database of materials relating to the academic collective bargaining process at Canadian higher education institutions (universities). Documents included are: current and previous collective agreements, faculty handbooks, framework agreements, bargaining settlement summaries, benefits handbooks, pension documents, legal rulings and arbitration decisions, topical and best practice reports/summary tables, and negotiation and contract administration guides. Keyword searching, thesaurus , negotiation status and university contact information are also included. This database is available exclusively to institutions eligible to receive Faculty Bargaining Services (FBS) services.
